Tasting

• Eye: Its color is golden yellow with golden reflections
• Nose: Un first elegant nose opens with notes of white flowers (acacia) then evolves on notes of hazelnut, Williams pear, plum and quince.
• Palate: The attack is frank and on the fruit (apple in the oven, apricot jam) followed by a nice freshness. Toasted and roasted notes punctuate it.
• Moment: A perfect harmony between finesse and structure dedicated to accompany a meal.
