Luc Gaidoz, his wife Anne and their daughters Agathe and Bertille welcome you to Champagne Gaidoz-Forget.

Independent winegrower in Ludes, vineyard of the Montagne de Reims, Premier Cru, they strive to keep the know-how transmitted from generation to generation.

Discover their different Champagnes, developed by them from their vineyard classified as Premier Cru, from the Carte d'Or cuvée to the "Bertille" or "Audacieuse Agathe" cuvées, not to mention Henri Forget, Quintessence, Vintage ........ We wish you a pleasant "visit".

THE GAIDOZ-FORGET HOUSE

For more than four generations, this family has continued this unique know-how in the making of champagne. Based in Ludes, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, an average of 80,000 bottles are produced on an area of ​​almost 10 hectares per year.

Made from the three grape varieties from Champagne, (pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay), their wine has been the subject of special attention since the harvest. Today, to prepare for global warming, Luc is exploring the use of historic heat-resistant grape varieties such as Petit Meslier. This gives us exceptional numbered cuvées such as the Audacieuse Agathe.

Whatever the stages of its evolution: vinification, bottling, riddling, disgorging…, pleasure and passion animate its creation; until that precious time spent in the cellar, protected from light, to acquire its full maturity.

The Gaidoz-Forget house produces Champagnes, Coteaux champenois and Ratafia.
