Épernay 1895, year of birth of our grandfather. A first “bubble” is formed in the history of the family; precursor of effervescence in the Champagne region. From bubbles to bubbles, from generation to generation the methods are refined, move .. travel .. and settle not very far from Carcassonne to give birth to our Crémant de Limoux .. a sumptuous ballet twirling history, flavors , of passion, today perpetuated by the three great grandsons of this dear Albert Doulet.
