The attack is creamy, accompanied by notes of pastries, toast, gingerbread and ripe pear which combine with dried fruits associated with aging in wood. The amplitude underlines the precious character of this new cuvée, harmonious and complex.
Subtle as an aperitif, this cuvée with multiple expressions goes well with grilled fish as well as roasted white meats with forest flavors, or dishes with savory and sweet combinations.
