To give you a taste for several years on 2 separate plots, the Bergeronneau's have worked 2 vines in accordance with the specifications of organic viticulture.
They vinified these 2 plots together to create our new Champagne “Les Deux Terres”.

- Grape variety:blend: 65% Pinot Meunier, 35% Pinot Noir
- Geographical location: Montagne de Reims 1er Cru
- Size: Cordon de royat and Chablis
- Age of the vines: all ages (young 5 to 30 years, old 30 to 50 years)
- Type of soil: Clay-limestone
- Harvest: Manual
- Vinification: White
- Dosage: Extra-brut, less than 6 g / L
Tasting moment : gougères with cheese / sweetbreads / shoulder of lamb / rabbit with mustard
