- Nose: Spicy nose (vanilla, white pepper), dried fruit (apricot), quince with buttered nuances. There is a slight woody note.
- Mouth: Wide and spicy mouth. Note of black truffle, smoke, quince and caramel. Long finish on bourbon vanilla
