Tasting
- Eye: Its color is golden yellow with golden reflections
- Nose: An elegant first nose opens with notes of white flowers (acacia) then evolves into notes of hazelnut, Williams pear, plum and quince.
- Palate: The attack is frank and on the fruit (baked apple, jam apricot) followed by a nice freshness. Toasted and roasted notes punctuate it.
- Moment: A perfect harmony between finesse and structure dedicated to accompany a meal.
