Tasting:

• DRESS
• Raspberry pink color with salmon pink reflections, fine bubbles and a tenacious rim.
• NOSE
• Strawberry, cherry, raspberry, blueberry, blood orange, vine peach, pomelo, fresh rose, pepper, pineapple, creamy.
• PALATE
• Supple and fresh attack with a creamy effervescence.
• The fruity is pulpy, supported by grapefruit acidity.
• The clay-limestone minerality gives fullness, crunchiness, elegance and length to the palate.
• The whole is balanced by a slender freshness with a melting finish, spiced up with grapefruit and peppermint.
