Ratafia Champenois

Powerful softness

This beverage, created by Olivier Belin following the prescriptions of Ratafia Champenois, is made from Marc de Champagne (Fine Champagne) and transferred to freshly squeezed grape juice.

After a year of aging in oak barrels, the harvest ratafia is blended with the reserve ratafias.

Only a fraction will be bottled, the rest will continue its long aging cycle.
