Cooperatives and Winegrowers Cooperators

Those are

  1. either cooperative societies that produce wine, champagne, on the basis of the production of their properties or of grapes or juice that they buy
  2. or winemakers who sometimes have vines, but who produce their wines or champagnes with the tools and, most of the time, in the premises made available to them by the cooperative.

Due to the size of these facilities, there is a significant risk that the products of the vines will be mixed at one or another stage of the process.
