Characteristics
- Blend: 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Meunier
- Terroir: Troissy and Dormans. Mostly from the “Le Clos de Poiloux” plot.
- Vinification: In stainless steel vats and in barrels
- Year: 60% wine of the year, 40% wine reserve (high in casks).
- Aging in cellars: 4 years minimum
- Dosage: 7 g / l
Tasting:
- Eye: The robe is deep golden yellow.
- Nose: Its nose is complex, yellow fruit (peach), butter, dried fruit and hazelnut.
- Palate: The palate is marked by aromas of toasted hazelnuts, gingerbread and white flowers (acacia) with a full and delicate finish.
